Technician checked the vibration test drove the vehicle and noticed the thumping sound from the front of the vehicle while driving about 50 Mph. Raised the vehicle on a hoist, checked the suspension and noticed front control arms and ball joints are very bad. Needs to replace control arms and ball joints and retest, may needs front struts. Customer authorized to go ahead and proceed with repair by the text.

Scanned the data stream, checked the ignition system, intake and exhaust systems, checked the spark plugs, checked the fuel system and fund the spark plugss are worn and number 2 ignition coil is bad. Technician checked the engine hesitation and noticed the engine rattling and shaking on first start when vehicle is park for a while. Checked the PCM scanned for codes and found code P0302 misfire number 2 cylinder. Checked the ignition system fuel system and noticed the spark plugs and ignition coils was replaced. Checked compressor and leak down test the cylinders and noticed there is blow by gasses from combustion to the cooling system. Checked and found there is blown head gasket. Need head job.
