- Technician checked the engine overheating. Checked the coolant and noticed the cooling system empty. Pressure test the cooling system and noticed the coolant by pass pipe from reservoir to the engine is leaking. Needs to inspect for engine overheating and engine damaged, because the engine got too hot and replace the coolant pipe. Customer declined the check for engine overheating. Customer authorized to replace the coolant pipe and test drive the vehicle and check if the engine temperature get too hot by the phone
- Replaced the coolant by pass pipe, test drove the vehicle and notice the engine is running with normal temperature at this time
