    • Technician checked the brakes and found the front brakes are about 80%. The rear brakes are about 5%. Needs rear brake pads and machine the rotors. Customer authorized to replace rear brake by the phone
    • Replaced rear brake pads. Inspect condition, thickness and machinied rear brake disc rotors. Retract rear brake caliper actuators. Clean and lubricate rear brake caliper slide mechanism. Adjust parking brake. Road test vehicle.
