    • Lubricated and checked chassis. Changed oil and oil filter. Checked air filter and breather filter. Checked all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
    • Rotate tires, checked the brakes, checked the suspension components, checked the drivetrain, torque the wheels by manufacture specs.
    • Replaced front brake pad linings and machined front brake disc rotors. Cleaned and lubricated brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Checked and filled brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Torqued the wheel by manufacture specs. Road test vehicle.

    • Technician checked the coolant leak and found the cooing system is empty. Refilled the cooling system, pressure test the cooling system and the coolant leaking from the heater supply hose. Needs to replace the hose with hose connector. Customer authorized to replace them by the phone 831-234-3195

    • Technician checked the engine overheating. Checked the coolant, checked the fan operation, checked the thermostat and found the cooling fans are not working. Needs cooling fan assembly. Customer authorized to replace the fan assembly by the phone 916-202-7080. Customer also wants to replace the oil pressure sensor.

    • Replaced radiator and cooling fan assembly
    • Technician checked the engine overheating and found the cooling system is very low. Refilled the cooling system, pressure test the system and found the radiator is broken. Noticed the fan blade is broken and broke the radiator. Needs to replace the radiator, fan assembly and retest the engine for overheating. Customer authorized to replace radiator and fan assembly and provided the radiator, fan assembly and engine coolant.

    • Technician checked the engine light scanned the PCM and found code P0404 EGR position sensor performance. Checked the EGR Valve and found the is new and no problem found at this time, but it may fail again, because it is aftermarket parts. P0441 EVAP purge system performance. Checked the purge valve no problem, Checked for leak no leak found. Run the EVAP system test and found the leak detection pump making buzzing noise and not holing the pressure in a EVAP system while the computer is testing. Suspect the leak detection pump is bad. Also noticed there is some fluid on an pump.
