Technician checked the engine hesitation, test drove the vehicle and found the engine is misfiring. Scanned the PCM and found code P0303 misfire number 3 cylinder. Checked the spark plugs, ignition coils, fuel system, exhaust and intake system and found number 3 ignition coil is bad. Customer authorized to replace ignition coil by the phone. Removed and replaced ignition coil, test drove the vehicle and noticed the engine running fine and no more hesitation at this time

Checked the suspension noise and noticed there is ratting noise while driving on uneven surface. Test drove the vehicle and noticed there is no noise on high speed. Lift the vehicle on a lift, checked the suspension and no problem found. After farther inspection found there is noise from the steering column. Needs to disassembly the steering column to inspect that it needs. Customer declined to fix it at this time. Checked overall the vehicle an other problem found at this time

Technician inspected the vehicle suspension, checked the control arms bushings and ball joints, inner and outer tie rods, sway bar and sway bar links and noticed they are all good condition. There is some grease came out from the ball joints, but the joints still fine at this time. Test drove the vehicle and noticed the vehicle drives fine an problem at this time

Checked the brakes and found the front brake pads are about 50% and the rear brakes are about 80%. Checked the rotors and found the rotors are warped. Needs to replace front brake pads and machine the rotors. Customer authorized to replace them by person
Replaced front brake pad linings and machined front brake disc rotors. Cleaned and lubricated brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Cleaned and put brake pads treatment on a rear brake pads and rotors to prevent from squeaking. Checked and filled brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Torqued the wheel by manufacture specs. Road test vehicle.
