    • Technician inspected the vehicle, checked the fluids, hoses, belt, suspension, brakes, tires and noticed all is in good condition. Needs transmission fluid change, need to machine front brake rotors and replace the pads because there is steering wheel vibration while applying the brakes. Checked the tire pressure set at 36 psi, and found both rear tire sensors are bad. Customer authorized to fix the brakes and transmission service at this time
    • Replaced front brake pad linings and machined front brake disc rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Checked and filled brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Torqued the wheel by manufacture specs. Road test vehicle.
    • Removed transmission pan, replaced the filter, and pan gasket, re installed the pan and refilled the fluid by manufacture specs

    • Technician checked the air condition system, checked the pressure is 100 psi. Run the Ac system to the pressure and noticed the AC compressor is not engaging. Checked the power and ground to the compressor and noticed both present. Needs to replace Ac compressor. Customer authorized to replace the compressor by the phone
    • A/C COMPRESSOR – Removed & Replaced – V8 – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
    • AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM – Complete Charge – [Includes: Air Conditioning system recover, evacuate and recharge.]
    • Technician checked the suspension, bares and tires and found the brakes are about 15% left. All the suspension parts are fine. The tires needs attention very soon. Noticed there is a lot of engine oil leak. Customer authorized to replace brakes only at this time
    • Replaced front brake pad linings and machined front brake disc rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Checked and filled brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Torqued the wheel by manufacture specs. Road test vehicle.
    • Replaced rear brake shoe set. Replaced hold down hardware and springs as required. Inspect rear wheel cylinders for leakage. Resurfaced and machined rear brake drums. Cleaned and lubricated backing plates and reassemble. Torqued the wheels my manufacture specs. Road test vehicle.

Checked the leak detection pump and found the pump is bad. Needs to replace leak detection pump. Customer declined to replace pump by person
