  • Technician test drove the vehicle and noticed the vehicle will not stop properly. Removed the tires, checked the brakes and found the front brake pads are about 20%, measure the rotors and found the rotors are out of specs, too thin. Needs to replaced front brake pads and rotors. Customer authorized to fix them by the phone 781-800-0880. Checked the rear brakes and found the rear brakes are about 80%.
  • Replaced front brake pad linings and front brake disc rotors. Cleaned and lubricated brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Checked and filled brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Torqued the wheel by manufacture specs. Road test vehicle.
