    • Technician checked the engine light scanned the PCM and found code P0011 Camshaft position timing over-advanced. Checked the engine oil level is good. Cleared the code, test drove the vehicle and notice the code did not returned. Recommended customer if the engine light come back bring the vehicle back to check it again

    • Technician checked for oil leak and found there is lot of oil leak from the engine, all the engine is cover with engine oil. Noticed there is very big leak from the rear head camshaft adjustment solenoid. Needs to replace the solenoid, take the vehicle to the car wash, wash the engine and bring it back for leak check again. Customer authorized to replace it by the phone 916-509-0254
    • CAMSHAFT TIMING SOLENOID – Removed & Replaced on a rear head left side of the vehicle – Spool Valve

    • Technician checked the engine light scanned the PCM and found code P0301 misfire number 1 cylinder. Checked the engine data, checked the ignition coils, checked the spark plugs and found number 1 ignition coil is bad. Noticed number 2 and number 4 coils was replaced. Needs to replace number 1 ignition coil. Customer authorized to replace it by the phone. Replaced number 1 ignition coil, clear the code, test drive the vehicle and noticed the engine running fine and no engine light came back on

    • Technician checked the engine overheating. Checked the coolant and noticed the cooling system empty. Pressure test the cooling system and noticed the coolant by pass pipe from reservoir to the engine is leaking. Needs to inspect for engine overheating and engine damaged, because the engine got too hot and replace the coolant pipe. Customer declined the check for engine overheating. Customer authorized to replace the coolant pipe and test drive the vehicle and check if the engine temperature get too hot by the phone
    • Replaced the coolant by pass pipe, test drove the vehicle and notice the engine is running with normal temperature at this time

    • Technician checked the engine light scanned the PCM and found code P0011 Camshaft position timing over advance. P0A80 replace hybrid battery pack. Checked the hybrid battery and noticed the battery is ok. Cleared the codes, test drove the vehicle, rechecked the codes and notice there is no code came back. Suggest customer to drive the vehicle for few weeks and keep eye on it the light come back again bring the vehicle back.

    • Technician checked the engine light scanned the PCM and found code P0301, P0302, P0303, P0300 multi cylinder misfire. Checked the spark plugs, ignition coils and noticed they are new. Checked the ignition system, intake and exhaust system and no problem found. Compression test the engine cylinders and found number 1,2,3 cylinders are 120 Psi, number 4,5,6 are 190 Psi. Leak down test the cylinders and noticed the compressor is good. Suspect the timing belt is out of marks or the valve needs to be adjusted. Notice the serpentine belt tension is broken, and serpentine belt is very worn. Needs new tensioner and serpentine belt. Customer authorized to remove the timing cover and check the timing belt by the phone 916-955-0369
    • Removed the timing cover, checked the timing belt and noticed the rear camshaft is out of the marks 5 degree. Removed the timing belt replace the water pump, replaced timing belt, idler pulleys and timing belt tensioner, re installed all back in started the engine and notice the engine runs fine and no codes came back
    • AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID – Drain & Refill
    • REAR DIFFERENTIAL FLUID – Drain & Refill – 4WD Rear

Checked the fuel system for lean condition, monitor the data stream, checked the freeze frame, checked the sensor, fuel system, intake and exhaust systems and found the MAF sensor is bad. Needs MAF sensor and needs oil pressure sensor. Customer authorized to replace both by the phone 916-509-0254
