Technician checked the noise, test drove the vehicle and noticed there is rattling noise coming from the engine bay as soon as vehicle start to move from the stop. Raised the vehicle checked for loose parts no obvious problem seen. Checked the fluids and noticed the engine oil is very low. Suspected the engine oil splashes back and fourth inside the oil pan and not getting to the oil pump at time and engine makes the noise. Suggest to do engine oil change and see if that is the problem. Customer authorized change the engine oil and filter at this time.

Technician checked the air condition system, checked the pressure is 100 psi. Run the Ac system to the pressure and noticed the AC compressor is not engaging. Checked the power and ground to the compressor and noticed both present. Needs to replace Ac compressor. Customer authorized to replace the compressor by the phone

Technician checked the suspension, bares and tires and found the brakes are about 15% left. All the suspension parts are fine. The tires needs attention very soon. Noticed there is a lot of engine oil leak. Customer authorized to replace brakes only at this time
Replaced front brake pad linings and machined front brake disc rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Checked and filled brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Torqued the wheel by manufacture specs. Road test vehicle.
Replaced rear brake shoe set. Replaced hold down hardware and springs as required. Inspect rear wheel cylinders for leakage. Resurfaced and machined rear brake drums. Cleaned and lubricated backing plates and reassemble. Torqued the wheels my manufacture specs. Road test vehicle.
