Replaced front brake pad linings and machined front brake disc rotors at .900".Cleaned and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
Technician checked the brakes and found front brakes are about 15% left and the rotors are warped. Need front brake pads and machine the rotors. Rear brakes are abut 50% left. Customer authorized to fix the front brakes by the phone 916-588-7227

Technician checked the engine stalling and found the engine will not crank over. Checked the battery, wiring, starter, starter relay, ignition switch, and found the battery positive terminal is broken. Replaced battery positive terminal and the problem did not fixed. Checked the fuses, scanned the modules and found code P0420 Catalytic converter B1, U1001, U1000 CAN communication fault. Noticed there is no communication with TCM. Checked and found the TCM fuse is blown. Replaced the fuse and engine started. Turn the engine off and try to start again it did not start. Checked the fuse and found the TCM fuse blown again. Replace the fuse for several time the fuse still blows again. Checked the short and no problem found. Suspect the TCM is shorted internally. Needs to replace TCM. Customer authorized to replace TCM by the phone 916-513-8150.

Technician checked the engine light scanned the PCM and found code P0345 camshaft sensor performance B2. Checked the camshaft sensor and found the front camshaft sensor is bad. Customer authorized to replace camshaft sensor by the phone 916-765-4110

CABIN AIR FILTER – Removed & Replaced – All Applicable Models
Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
Rotate tires, checked the brakes, checked the suspension components, checked the drivetrain, torque the wheels by manufacture specs.
The front brakes are about new. Rear brakes are about 70%. No brake needs at this time
Verify from customer when last major service was performed. Gather any other important vehicle information from customer. Change engine oil and filter. Cleaned engine air filter. Lubricate chassis where possible. Replace cabin air filter, change brake fluid. Rotated the tire. Topped off all the fluids as needed Inspected the vehicle.
