    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.

    • Technician checked the air condition system for heat and found the air condition system not switching from cold to heat, checked the heater core for coolant circulation and found its fine, checked the blend door function and found the bled door actuator is bad. Needs blend door actuator. Customer authorized to replace blend door actuator by the phone 916-792-5438

    • Technician checked the air condition system and found the system is empty. Vacuumed the system and found there is leak in system. Checked for leaks and no leak found. Suspect the AC compressor is leaking. Recharged the system and added the AC dye. Asked customer to come back after two week to recheck the leak.

    • Technician checked the overall the vehicle and noticed the van is in good shape. There is some minor problems. The driveshaft flex joint is broken, there is some minor oil seeping from the engine behind the alternator. The washer cap is not holding in place. The rear brakes are new, the front brakes are about 60%, the tires are about 50%. The fluid are good condition, engine oil time for change, did not check the transmission fluid no access to it.

    • Technician checked the clutch operation, test drove the car and noticed the clutch pedal returning back too late, more noticeable at 5K and more RPM. Noticed the clutch engages late after you let your food of the pedal and car jerk very badly. Suspect the pressure plate returns back too late or the throw bearing sticking and jamming, need to remove the transmission and inspect the clutch components.
