    • Technician checked the engine overheating. Checked the coolant, checked the fan operation, checked the thermostat and found the cooling fans are not working. Needs cooling fan assembly. Customer authorized to replace the fan assembly by the phone 916-202-7080. Customer also wants to replace the oil pressure sensor.

    • Checked the brakes and found the front brakes are about 20%. The rear brakes are about 80%. Customer authorized to replace front brakes by person.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
    • Replaced front brake pad linings and machined front brake disc rotors. Cleaned and lubricated brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.

    • Replaced radiator and cooling fan assembly
    • Technician checked the engine overheating and found the cooling system is very low. Refilled the cooling system, pressure test the system and found the radiator is broken. Noticed the fan blade is broken and broke the radiator. Needs to replace the radiator, fan assembly and retest the engine for overheating. Customer authorized to replace radiator and fan assembly and provided the radiator, fan assembly and engine coolant.

    • Technician checked the engine light scanned the PCM and found code P0404 EGR position sensor performance. Checked the EGR Valve and found the is new and no problem found at this time, but it may fail again, because it is aftermarket parts. P0441 EVAP purge system performance. Checked the purge valve no problem, Checked for leak no leak found. Run the EVAP system test and found the leak detection pump making buzzing noise and not holing the pressure in a EVAP system while the computer is testing. Suspect the leak detection pump is bad. Also noticed there is some fluid on an pump.
