Cleared the code, test drove the vehicle and notice the code did not returned. Recommended customer if the engine light come back bring the vehicle back to check it again
Lubricated and checked chassis. Changed oil and oil filter. Checked air filter and breather filter. Checked all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.

Technician checked the engine light scanned the PCM and found code P0011 Camshaft position timing over advance. P0A80 replace hybrid battery pack. Checked the hybrid battery and noticed the battery is ok. Cleared the codes, test drove the vehicle, rechecked the codes and notice there is no code came back. Suggest customer to drive the vehicle for few weeks and keep eye on it the light come back again bring the vehicle back.

Technician checked the engine stalling and noticed the engine will not crank over. Checked the battery, battery cables, connection and found all good. Checked the amp while starting and noticed is very high from the specs. Try to spin the engine from crankshaft with the wrench and noticed the engine is sized up. Checked the oil and found the oil is too low. Looked up the engine closely and notice the engine block is broken and connecting rod is out from the hole. Needs new engine assembly. Customer declined to install new engine. Customer authorized to install used engine from engine world auto dismantle.
ENGINE ASSEMBLY (COMPLETE) – Removed & Replaced – AWD – [Includes: R&I Engine Assembly. Transfer Fuel and Electrical Assemblies, sensors and Engine Mounts. DOES NOT include transfer, Valve Cover(s), Timing Cover(s), Oil Pan and/or Water Pump.
Replaced rear brake pads. Inspect condition, thickness and machinied rear brake disc rotors. Retract rear brake caliper actuators. Clean and lubricate rear brake caliper slide mechanism. Adjust parking brake. Road test vehicle.
Replaced steering rack and pinion right side boot, it was torn
Replaced headlight high beam bulbs
Replaced right front door speaker
