- Technician checked the air condition system for heat and found the air condition system not switching from cold to heat, checked the heater core for coolant circulation and found its fine, checked the blend door function and found the bled door actuator is bad. Needs blend door actuator. Customer authorized to replace blend door actuator by the phone 916-792-5438
