- Technician checked the brakes and found the front brakes are about 90%, the rear brakes are about 2%. Needs rear brake shoes and machine the drums. Customer authorized to fix them by person and provided the shoes
- Lubricated and checked chassis. Changed oil and oil filter. Checked air filter and breather filter. Checked all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
- Replaced rear brake shoe set. Replaced hold down hardware and springs as required. Inspect rear wheel cylinders for leakage. Resurfaced and machined rear brake drums. Cleaned and lubricated backing plates and reassemble. Torqued the wheels my manufacture specs. Road test vehicle.
