- Technician checked the engine noise and found the drive belt is making noise. Checked the alternator, water pump, idler pulleys and no other problem found. Noticed the drive axles are making noise and have small leak. Customer authorized to replace drive belt by the phone. Customer declined to replace drive axle at this time by the phone 707-631-4875
