- Technician checked the engine light scanned the PCM and found code P0404 EGR position sensor performance. Checked the EGR Valve and found the is new and no problem found at this time, but it may fail again, because it is aftermarket parts. P0441 EVAP purge system performance. Checked the purge valve no problem, Checked for leak no leak found. Run the EVAP system test and found the leak detection pump making buzzing noise and not holing the pressure in a EVAP system while the computer is testing. Suspect the leak detection pump is bad. Also noticed there is some fluid on an pump.
