Technician checked the engine stalling condition. Found the engine cranks, but will not start. Checked the ECM found codes no codes found. Checked the fuel, checked the spark, checked the ignition and found there is no fuel pressure. Feed the fuel to the injection system and found engine starts and run. Suspect the fuel pump is bad. Customer authorized to replace fuel pump by the phone

Technician checked the battery, charging system, starting system and no problem found, battery is good, starter is good, charging system is good 14.3V. Checked the wiring to the alternator and found there is no power signal to the alternator. Checked the wiring and found the wire is broken under the seat and the inline fuse is blown. Fixed the wires, replace the fuse, test drive the vehicle and no problem at this time

Suspect the AC compressor is leaking. Recharged the system and added the AC dye. Asked customer to come back after two week to recheck the leak.

Technician checked the overall the vehicle and noticed the van is in good shape. There is some minor problems. The driveshaft flex joint is broken, there is some minor oil seeping from the engine behind the alternator. The washer cap is not holding in place. The rear brakes are new, the front brakes are about 60%, the tires are about 50%. The fluid are good condition, engine oil time for change, did not check the transmission fluid no access to it.
