- Technician checked for oil leak and found the oil drain plug threads on a oil pan are stripped from oil changes. Needs to replace engine oil pan. Customer authorized to replace it by person and provided the parts
- OIL PAN &/OR GASKET – Removed & Replaced – Lower
- Checked engine performance, scanned the PCM and no code found. Visually inspected the engine and found the air intake hose is broken. Needs to replace intake hose. Customer authorized to replace it by person
- Replace air intake hose and air filter
