- Technician checked the vibration test drove the vehicle and noticed the thumping sound from the front of the vehicle while driving about 50 Mph. Raised the vehicle on a hoist, checked the suspension and noticed front control arms and ball joints are very bad. Needs to replace control arms and ball joints and retest, may needs front struts. Customer authorized to go ahead and proceed with repair by the text.
